DesRosiers Architects is proud to announce that at the 15th Annual Detroit Home Design Awards the firm received 10 awards for a selection of their custom home designs throughout Michigan bringing their total to 170 awards to date. The event was held at the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center, in Detroit, MI, on Monday, March 25, 2019. This year’s 10 awards were across the following categories and primarily recognized DesRosiers Architects commitment to state of the art design and meticulous attention to detail.
Louis DesRosiers, President of DesRosiers Architects commented during the evening, “My staff and I are once again very pleased to be recognized by our industry peers and be part of event that celebrates our community. It’s rewarding to see such a strong rise in the architecture of the Detroit Area which helped put Detroit back on the map as a leading city for design and innovation.”
DesRosiers Architect firm has a long history at this annual gala. Since the first event in 2005, DesRosiers Architects has won a total of 170 DHDAs (1st Places: 71). In 2014, at the 10th Annual DHDAs DesRosiers Architects received an "Award of Excellence" from the show organizers for winning the "Most First Place Awards Received" in the event’s 10-year history.
The Detroit Home Design Awards is the annual celebration spotlighting metro Detroit's architectural and design community's leading talent. A panel of design critics, professors, magazine editors, HGTV hosts and executive producers selected the winners from over 400 entries.
